Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your UGY account and the personal data associated with it. The data controller is Tuncan Technology & Consulting DOO (Podgorica, Montenegro). Details of what we collect are in the Privacy Policy.

1. Delete your account in the app (immediate)

Open UGY → Profile tab → Delete Account & Data and confirm. Deletion runs server-side and takes effect immediately: your account can no longer be signed into and the associated personal data is erased.

2. Delete without the app (web request)

If you no longer have the app installed, you do not need to reinstall it. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the email address associated with your UGY account. We may reply to verify your identity before completing the deletion. We complete web-requested deletions within 30 days and confirm by email once done.

3. What is deleted, and what may be kept

• Deleted: your account and sign-in identity, display name, email, username, bio, profile photo, date of birth, interests and city selection, RSVPs, consent records, push notification token, and the link between your feedback and your identity.
• May be retained: only data we must keep by law or for legitimate security/fraud-prevention reasons, for the minimum period necessary, after which it is deleted.
